Manor Designs is an interior design studio known for blending classic craftsmanship with timeless, livable beauty. Currently, our projects are full gut/renovations, each marked by elevated details, custom finishes, and distinctly warm aesthetic.
We are expanding our presence in Nashville and are seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Project Manager to support our design and construction teams on one to two active home projects per year — with a clear path to transition into a full-time, salaried leadership role managing the Nashville branch within 12 months.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on-site, enjoys seeing ideas come to life, and can bridge creative vision with operational precision. You’ll oversee day-to-day project logistics, liaise with contractors and vendors, and ensure timelines, deliveries, and quality standards are met.

Type: Part-time to Full-time (Guaranteed full-time salary opportunity within 12 months)
Reports To: Keegan Leuer, Founder Manor Designs
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily on-site activities and serve as the primary point of contact for builders, vendors, and trades.
- Oversee timelines, deliveries, and install schedules for residential design projects.
- Manage procurement, sample tracking, and logistics for materials.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
- Support the team with contractor communication, meeting prep, and progress documentation.
- Develop and implement project management systems to streamline the Nashville branch operations.
- Conduct consistent site visits to ensure accuracy for rough ins and other necessary walks during framing stages.
- Contribute to building and leading the local Nashville project management and design support team as the branch grows.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in interior design, residential construction, or project management.
- Strong understanding of design process, construction phases, and vendor coordination.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
- Comfortable on-site and confident managing trades and timelines.
- A collaborative, calm, and proactive approach to problem solving.
