We understand that schedules can get hectic, so we take away as much of the worry and work of designing your home as possible. Our virtual design works with the clients to discover their style and preferences, while taking the logistics and sourcing off of their plate. Our virtual service is still as personal and detailed as if we were in your home with you! Just maybe a few more Zoom calls.

What it includes:

• A customized design decks created personally for you after several in  depth conversation and deliberation to ensure it is as personal of a design as possible to fit your needs and vision. This deck includes
  • A detailed floorpan with the exact layout and flow of the room
  • A visual of the designs featuring all selections
  • A complete list of all design selections including price
  • A rundown of furnishings cost and budget
• Selection and sourcing of all furniture and decor featured in each concept
• Complete project management with trade professionals
• Every project is different, but based on the scope of work we will try our best to give an accurate guesstimating of how long our process will take.
• (Optional) If you’re local and would like us to manage delivery, or coordinate a single day install, as well as complete styling of the space, this is an option we offer our local clients to the Nashville area.

The Design Process

I – Discovery Call

Let’s talk! We want to get to know you and your space better. This is where we discuss that and the process to set us up going forward.

II – Questionnaire + Opening Call

The only thing you’ll have to do! Completing the questionnaire and vision board is an excellent way for us to get a sense of your style and the way the space is used, since we can’t be there in person. It is a great starting point for us to brainstorm the direction of your designs.

III – Design Decks

This is where you get to see the initial designs, provide feedback and continue to adjust those designs until it is exactly what you want.

V – Sourcing & Ordering

Based off of the final design concept, it’s time to start ordering! We will provide updated budgets, send invoices for approval and track each item.

If you aren’t sure where to start and just want to pick a designer’s brain for an hour, this service is for you! We’ll have an hour long video call to discuss your design concerns, issues, as well as ideas for your space.

What it includes:

• An hour long phone call consultation
• recommendations as the conversation allows that could include: vendors, colors, and concepts.
