After two and a half years, our largest project to date is complete. Standing at over 6,500 square feet, and three floors with countless custom features, this house has truly been a design dream to work on. And after adding the extra outdoor space, there is even more to love on this property.

I’ve always wanted to design a kid’s room, and this one is one that went through a few different iterations but has room to grow and mature along with the little one. With vintage touches to evoke a timelessness, and pops of color to keep the room lively, and some custom framed equestrian prints to give it a Ralph Lauren touch.

Standing at just under 2,400 square feet, this is our first quick turn flip! Meaning we are not doing any major construction of adding square footage and effecting the footprint. We are practically gutting the entire interior and dramatically changing the layout but using what we have to transform this little cottage into a new + elevated home.

This kind of project makes the before + after incredibly satisfying because we used what we had to work with.

Our second flip, we turned this 1930’s 2,000 square foot home into a luxury 4,100 square foot cottage with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, laundry room, mudroom, and absolutely dreamy scullery. We doubled the footprint and attached the two-car garage for a deceiving curbside appearance. While maintaining the original face of the house, by going back with the footprint, it’s one of those houses that just keep going once you are inside.

One aspect of the exterior that I was adamant about keeping was the courtyard.

Manor Designs first flip. Originally a 2,100 square foot ranch style house, whose only update was to the kitchen in the 90’s, got a major facelift! Completely redone first floor, added an entire second floor as well as an attached two-car garage making this home a brand new 4,700 square foot traditional manor.
