THE MANOR COTTAGE

Standing at just under 2,400 square feet, this is our first quick turn flip! Meaning we are not doing any major construction of adding square footage and effecting the footprint. We are practically gutting the entire interior and dramatically changing the layout but using what we have to transform this little cottage into a new + elevated home.

This kind of project makes the before + after incredibly satisfying because we used what we had to work with. I have loved our other projects but it is easy to be wowed by a house that has doubled in size! This one had the character buried deep down, we just had to uncover it.
